After a long day at work, I was walk­ing in the park­ing lot to my Jeep. The sky was on fire with bril­liant col­ors. It made me happy that I always carry my cam­era with me. Some­thing to note, there are lit­er­ally mil­lions of birds in the sky in the dis­tance. This is some­thing I’ve noticed about work­ing here at Aberdeen Prov­ing Ground. The instal­la­tion is some­thing of a wildlife refuge. With the wide expanses of fenced off forests, nature has taken over. The instal­la­tions boasts the largest pop­u­la­tion of Bald Eagles on the East Coast. The birds in the photo how­ever are star­lings (I think).
